Hotel lobby, breakfast area, sleeping room and bathroom very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Red Lobster right next door and Starbucks across the street. I will definately stay here again.

Location is great. Times Square is 30 minutes drive and Amercian dream 10 minutes. This was our second time staying there. The hotel is very clean and service is great. Free breakfast is amazing. ‘BB’ from hotel staff is very nice. She keep an eye if someone need anything during breakfast and refill everything as she is serving. We are going back if have plan of NY

The hotel is nicely renovated (rooms, lobby, breakfast section). It was spotless, good breakfast, close to the highway (easy to get to a park and ride if you have a car). I have to mention the amazing service we received when cheking in. We were quite a bit earlier than chek-in time, but the lady on duty (sorry I did not notice her name) was incredibly nice and gave us a room anyway. This is definitely an hotel we'll go back to when visiting NYC. A+++++

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and worked to ensure the rooms were clean upon our arrival. They allowed us to check in half an hour early and we were able to make our event in time. Their cleaning speed was more than satisfactory and the length the front desk went to to accommodate our check-in time was exceptional. The room itself was pleasant and my group was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very late check in due to travel, and the staff was absolutely excellent about our check-in needs and extremely pleasant and helpful with our arrival. Specifically, when I learned that there was no elevator and my mother, who was traveling with me and has minor accessibility challenges (usually nothing that requires special services), the person checking us in was very helpful in making sure we had a first floor room. Breakfast was also good, with options for dietary needs.

I came in at a late hour and the staff was so friendly and kind, I was very stressed and the staff was very patient with me and my questions! the breakfast was ur typical hotel breakfast spread, it was very tasty the perfect temperature! the make ur own waffle station also had cinnamon roll batter!!! never seen that at a hotel before! check out was very quick and easy again staff was super kind and helpful!

Close to red lobster for a quick dinner. Staff was very friendly and accommodating my need for a first floor room because there’s no elevator. I recently sprained both my ankle on this trip.

The room was clean, and the location was near food 8mins to hoolihans (great happy hr), red lobster is next door, along with the mall etc etc.
